As soon as we are entrusted with the resolution of a non-payment file, we start the procedure to locate the debtor and find out his capital, in order to consider the different possibilities to face the payment of the debt that is claimed and to determine the different options in the negotiation.

Our interest is that our client can collect the entire debt as soon as possible, therefore, and taking into account the client's consent, we will establish different payment options to the debtor, in order to achieve an out-of-court agreement that makes possible the payment of the debt in the short term.

We also know that, in most cases, the purpose of the debtor is not to pay and/or to delay the time, and that our clients have already tried to collect previously by their own means, having been unsuccessful their attempts so far, therefore, our payment agreements, must begin to be fulfilled within a maximum period of 20 days, otherwise, we will terminate the extrajudicial process and we will pass the file to judicial claim (included in the file).
